All premium subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled by the user. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Pootroo does not store or have access to your payment card details. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy. Please contact info@pootroo.com for refund inquiries.
